Rick Worley has always loved cars, and started working with his father in the collision industry early in his life. A passion developed and led Rick to make a career from his love of cars. Rick started his own business in the industry at a very young age with a single bay 1,500 square foot shop, and has grown the business into a 20,000 square foot facility.

Once he put his main focus on collision work, the business established by his father with the Worley name quickly grew. In 2007 the company outgrew its existing location and moved to a larger facility. Over the years that facility has been refined and enhanced, and now houses three paint booths and the latest technology. The facility and the technology increases production and reduces turnaround time for customers, helping them to get their cars back as quickly as possible.

Though the business has seen tremendous growth since it began, Rick Worley & Son, Inc. has kept its singular focus: outstanding work and service on behalf of the customer. Rick understands that without providing high quality, timely results and outstanding service, the business cannot thrive. That’s why Rick continues to be involved in the work himself and is dedicated to doing the best job for his customers.
